SmartDip 420M — Pneumatically Retractable Electrode Housing

DynamicPE SmartDip 420M is a pneumatically driven retractable electrode housing for bio-pharmaceutical fermenters, bio-reactors, and chemical process vessels. The pneumatic drive unit automatically inserts the sensor into the process and retracts it to an integrated flushing chamber for CIP/SIP cleaning and standby storage. The longer cleaning path improves sterilization results, and the housing can be fully automated via DynamicPE SmartControl panel. Multiple process connection types and wetted material grades make it adaptable to both aggressive and hygienic applications.
